What is a reactivation license? As all we know, a failure hardware in the machine, or the entrance of a computer science virus can cause the loss of the operating system and therefore of the program and the corresponding license. For that reason, AERadio also offers in the version Professional a license of reactivation of the product that could be used an unique time in an equipment with different hardware to which AERadio was activated. We recommended therefore to have an antivirus and/or a firewall in the equipment where AERadio settles, or to take the  necessary measures to work in secure surroundings.

 

Combinator? We remember that Combinator is the tool that allows to make modifications remotely in the module of combinations without interfering in the work of the announcer and within an operation in local network, Intranet or Internet.

Where can I buy

AERadio gives the possibility of being acquired through this Web or through anyone of our dealers in different geographic zones. In any case AERadio and its dealers provide so much software as the documentation in electronic format.

 

Modalities of payment. Orders.

You have two options to the accomplishment of the order from our Web depending on the mode of payment that you choose. You can buy AERadio to our dealers of geographic zones too.

1. Directly to AERadio. The only mode of payment isby bank transference and is the recommended one from any place of the world. You can make the order by telephone or filling up our form (1.5% of discount until 31/12/2005).

Procedure for direct order to AERadio:

• Fill up and send form of data. The bank data will appear to be made the transference from any place of the world, as well as url's of complete downloading of the product in different languages, with the links to the documentation.

• The client makes the transference and if he/she wishes it and to make agile proceedings he/she she can warn AERadio of the transference made through a mail for such effect.

At this point the client can make the installation of the complete product and already work with it. The only things to do will be the activation and the register of the product to be able to personalize and to work completely with the application. It is already possible to make technical consultations on AERadio.

In order to make the definitive activation of the product:

• AERadio sends the register key, delivery notes, document of guarantee and licenses of use to you.

How to obtain discounts.

You can obtain discounts by the acquisition of more than a license of AERadio, by collaborations or the election of transference as mode of payment:

By mode of payment Transference: You can obtain a 1.5% of discount applied on price without IVA if the mode of payment that you choose is the bank transference. This discount is applied in order to counteract the commission that your bank can apply for the accomplishment of the transference.

Budgets.

Form of shipment.

AERadio is distributed in electronic mode through Internet reason why hardware of the same one is not provided to the client. Optionally you can ask to AERadio the sending of the product in CD-Rom or DVD format by ordinary post or by a transport agency. If you choose this modality, the delivery charge for post and packing will be paid by the client.

When the purchase is made, we will provide you the url's of downnloading of the complete product, of all the documentation and the documents of license of the product are also provided, etc.

It is convenient that the client downloads all the files to be saved in a secure place for a future reinstallation of the software.

 

Register AERadio. Activations.

Once acquired the product and correctly installed, you will only have to make the activation of AERadio, procedure that will allow its total use.

It will be necessary to accede to the menu 'Register Program' of the Control Panel and provide to us through a form for such effect, the program identifier that appears.

AERadio will send to the client the register keycorresponding for the activation of the package.

Note: The activation can be made after installing the product or later, but necessarily when software is installed in the definitive machine.That is, the activation of AERadio mustn´t be made in a machine that is going to be used temporary, because the activation obtains data on hardware of that machine, that normally will be different in another one.

 

Future updates

AERadio is continuously incorporating new options to software and offers updates of the same one. These updates usually appear annually and incorporate most of the suggestions made by our clients and can be of general interest for other radio stations. AERadio will often inform about the improvements and new features of the updates in case the client is interested in them, offering them whith a special price for not being a new license.

It has not occurred the case, but AERadio can  provide a free update in case of appearing som bug or error in the software that can affect to the opperation of the same one.

-          In case of needing to reinstall or to change the operating system in my machine, Can I reinstall AERadio with the activation code that you provided to me?

§         Of course. The fact to acquire the license of AERadio allows you to reinstall in your machine the software the times that are necessary.

 

-          AERadio needs any type of maintenance?

§         No. Simply it is recommended to make a scandisk or a defrag of the hard disk to avoid the accumulation of useless files frequently and depending on the use of the machine..

 

-          Is it obligatory to buy the updates that are appearing

§         No. Previously the client can consult the improvements and new features that are included and decide if they are necessary or not in his radio station
